Goal
As a business consultant, you will become a specialist in Litium's products and best practices. Using your operational and technical experience, you analyze an organization's needs and objectives considering best practices, and the features found in Litium’s products. By understanding Litium’s offerings, such as the Litium Accelerator, you will know when to recommend standard features instead of unnecessary technical customizations. With knowledge in product management, digital marketing, and campaign management, means you can help our common customers successfully conduct their projects.
Target audience
Litium partners, business developers, salespeople, workshop leaders, and similar roles.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of e-commerce and web technologies.
Content
This course will give you a solid understanding of Litium's products (Litium, Litium Accelerator, Add-ons). You will learn how to meet customer needs through personalization and more.
• Product management (PIM)
• Digital marketing (Litium Accelerator and Litium CMS)
• Sales and campaigns (Litium campaign management, tiered pricing, customer-specific price lists, and assortments)
Certification:
The test mainly consists of multiple-choice questions. After passing the test, you will receive a certificate valid for 2 years.
Location: Online via Litium Academy.
Time: Approximately 10 hours.
